Ingredients:
  •  1/2 duck tail, cut into 
  • 5 partsLime juice 2 tbsp
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • Lime leaves 2 pieces
  • Kandis acid 1 item
  • Water 200 ml -
  •  2 tablespoons cooking oil - 
  • 100 ml coconut milk -
 Green Duck Cook smooth flavor:
  •      Red onion 4 cloves -
  •      2 cloves garlic -
  •      150 grams of green chili -
  •      2 eggs hazelnut -
  •      Ginger 2 cm -
  •      Galangal 2 cm -
  •      Turmeric 2 cm -
  •      Pepper 1 tsp -
  •      1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar -
  •      Salt to taste -
How to make duck Cooking Green:
  1.      Rub the duck with lime juice, let stand for 30 minutes.
  2.      Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Add lemon grass, lime leaves and tamarind kandis. Seasonings and cook until cooked.
  3.      Enter duck meat, and cook until the duck undercooked. Pour water and coconut milk.
  4.      Cook over low heat until the duck was overcooked and greasy gravy, lift.
