Green Duck Cook recipes |
- 1/2 duck tail, cut into
- 5 partsLime juice 2 tbsp
- 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
- Lime leaves 2 pieces
- Kandis acid 1 item
- Water 200 ml -
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil -
- 100 ml coconut milk -
- Red onion 4 cloves -
- 2 cloves garlic -
- 150 grams of green chili -
- 2 eggs hazelnut -
- Ginger 2 cm -
- Galangal 2 cm -
- Turmeric 2 cm -
- Pepper 1 tsp -
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar -
- Salt to taste -
- Rub the duck with lime juice, let stand for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Add lemon grass, lime leaves and tamarind kandis. Seasonings and cook until cooked.
- Enter duck meat, and cook until the duck undercooked. Pour water and coconut milk.
- Cook over low heat until the duck was overcooked and greasy gravy, lift.
- Serve warm.
